Developed in partnership with Air Menzies International (AMI), MILE unites physical handling, forwarding expertise and digital control into one seamless service. It’s e-commerce air cargo redefined.

MILE is underpinned by AMI's Intelligent Gateway API suite and Menzies’ MACH cargo management platform - managing parcels from compliance checks, to integrated track and trace delivering insights in real-time from fulfilment to airside to delivery.

  • Pick up and compliance: Origin collection with export documentation and compliance checks.
  • Priority uplift and flight: ECC-coded ULDs are prioritised for planning, offload and break.
  • Breakbulk and processing: Airside breakdown, sortation and customs, directed by MACH.
  • Hub injection and transfer: Segregated storage and controlled handover to network linehaul.
  • Final delivery enablement: Bonded linehaul and courier express for seamless last mile.
